Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive at a unicorn start-up or SaaS company, possess excellent communication skills, be highly personable, and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment. They must also be quick with numbers and obsess over delivering a world-class service, and be fluent in Mandarin.
The Account Executive will represent and demonstrate Deel's products, manage assigned customer relationships, learn about their business needs, drive sales growth, cross-product penetration, and increase the profitability of their business relationships. They will also solve client problems, continually seek new solutions, and have a thorough understanding of the Deel platform and product, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
